“I moved back to Boston six months ago and had been putting off going to the dentist. Since High Street’s location was so convenient I thought to check it out. Boy, I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff was super courteous and got me in an out quickly. I mentioned I only had an hour and they got me out with five minutes to spare. The cleaning was maybe the best one I’ve ever had. My teeth still feel clean. Like new. And the dentist was amazing. Not to mention she’s a stone cold fox. So courteous and she explained everything to me and why I would need some work in detail. Showing me pictures, explaining procedures. It was awesome. I’m now scheduled to go back in June and looking forward to it.
My only recommendation to the office would be to stream ESPN. But if you’re in the Boston area and need a Dentist don’t look around and go to CITIDental High Street!”

I have been looking for a dentist for quiet sometimes that takes my dental insurance and I have finally found a practice!!! I am so excited that I found this practice. The practice reminds me of a hidden gem because they do not advertise their office but its extremely easy to find!! The staff there are so friendly, extremely helpful and detailed oriented with everything they do. They even show me photos of my teeth of before and after my cleanings which is AMAZING!!! Dr Ferro is extremely nice and does not pressure me into doing unnecessary work like the other dental offices that I have been to. Caitlyn the office manager is extremely helpful with the finances and tells me when my insurance will max out of benefits and If it does there are payment plan options ect.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!! THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND A SMALL GROUP WHICH MAKES IT VERY COZY!!!

I cant complain, Dr Ferro is definitely a great dentist. She was able to fit me into her schedule yesterday when I needed a cavity fixed after my cleaning. I am glad that the office manager was able to accommodate my needs and work with me to fit me into the schedule to get everything done in one day with my extremely busy schedule with school and work.

It had been a while since my last visit to the dentist when I made an appointment at CITIDental High Street Group, but there was no judgement from the team. I felt welcomed, and was immediately put at ease. The dental hygienists took great care when taking my x-rays, and Dr. Acosta was friendly, patient, and explained everything she was doing and why. In addition, there were time slots for appointments that made it easy for me to visit before work, without needing to take a day off. It was probably one of the best--if not the very best--experiences I have had at a dentist's office in a long time.

I am so glad to have found CITIDental High Street Group, and I hope to carry on visiting them regularly!

Having moved to Boston not too long ago I had some pretty high anxiety when I was researching where i would be going to the dentist. Some of my previous experiences elsewhere had left me traumatized however from day one the High Street team put me at ease. The establishment is clean, bright and about as inviting as a dental office can be. Staff was very friendly and understanding and Dr. Acosta has been great. I recently had some fairly involved work and all options were always presented to me and no one was ever pushy. I definitely recommend CITIDental High Street!
